Once the sofa was finalized, we moved on to pillows and accent pieces, building a rich color palette of chocolate brown, mustard yellow, and navy. Because we were working with several existing elements in the room, every new piece needed to feel intentional - and navy became the common thread that pulled everything together.

Over the last several months, we’ve worked alongside our trusted network of vendors and workrooms to bring two custom furnishing projects to life. The client experience may have felt seamless, but behind the scenes, there were definitely moments when it seemed like we might never cross the finish line.

Our fully custom furnishing project in Westfield, NJ, was such a fun one. The family wanted to replace their existing sofa with something oversized, cozy, and much more comfortable for family movie nights. We sourced an outdoor-grade performance fabric that could stand up to real life while still feeling as soft as butter. Our clients even had the opportunity to visit a local showroom and test different cushion fills and comfort levels so their sofa felt completely personal to them.
